ASTM B409 Incoloy 800 strip (UNS N08800 / 1.4876) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy strip for components exposed to oxidation, carburization and elevated-temperature service. It is available in precision-slit coils with thickness, width, temper and surface finish tailored to the order. | ALLOY 800 STRIP SAMPLE TEST REPORT: |
This third-party report records testing of one Alloy 800 / 1.4876 strip sample, size 1.0 × 140 × 631 mm, under report No. JC260806001E. Tensile testing was performed to ASTM A370-24a and average grain size was evaluated using the ASTM E112-25 comparison procedure. The two tensile specimens recorded 572–577 MPa tensile strength, 234 MPa 0.2% yield strength and 39.0–41.0% elongation; the reported average grain size number was 8. All listed report items passed the client requirements. This report applies only to the identified sample and lot; order-specific certificates and testing requirements should be stated with the enquiry.
