Incoloy 800 Round Bar / Alloy 800 Round Bar is a combination of nickel and chromium alloy that has excellent tensile strength and resistance to oxidation as well as carburzation properties. Alloy 800 Hex Rod is extremely resistant to corrosion, even in acidic environment. Incoloy 800H Hex Bar / Alloy 800HT Hexagonal Bar and Incoloy 800HT Rod are used under high temperature applications requiring optimum rupture and creep properties.
Incoloy 800H Round Bar (UNS N08810) and Incoloy 800HT Square Bar (UNS N08811) may be annealed after cold working. Annealing should be done at 982°C (1800°F) for 15 min and then the alloy should be air cooled. Incoloy 800H Flat Bar and Incoloy 800H Hex Bar can be hot worked at temperature ranges of 871-1232°C (1600-2250°F).
Incoloy 800 Flat Bar (UNS N08800), and Incoloy 800HT Hex Bar are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with good strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature exposure. Alloy 800H Forged Bar was intended for high temperature structural applications. Incoloy 800HT Round Bar, Alloy 800H Hollow Bar may be done on the alloy using standard tooling. Incoloy 800 Rod / Incoloy 800 Bar is also known as Nicrofer 3220, Nicrimphy 800, and Pyromet 800.
