    Manufacturing Process of N5 Pure Nickel Seamless Pipe

    3. Hot Extrusion / Piercing
    The billet is hot extruded or pierced to form the initial hollow tube.

    4. Cold Working Process
    Cold pilgering or cold drawing is used to achieve precise diameter and wall thickness.

    5. Intermediate Annealing
    Heat treatment is carried out during processing to restore material ductility when required.

    6. Sizing and Straightening

    7. Final Heat Treatment

    8. Surface Treatment
