Application Why ERNiCrFe-12 Is Considered
High-temperature furnace components High chromium and aluminium support oxidation and carburization resistance.
Petrochemical and heat-treatment equipment Used for compatible nickel-alloy joints and overlays exposed to elevated temperature.
Dissimilar-metal welding May be considered for approved nickel-alloy-to-steel combinations after welding-procedure qualification.
Repair and overlay work Provides a nickel-alloy weld deposit for heat- and corrosion-resistant surfaces.

Actual filler-metal selection, preheat, interpass temperature, shielding gas and post-weld treatment must follow the base materials, service conditions and qualified welding procedure. Mechanical properties depend on the welding process and procedure; therefore, they should not be represented by a single universal value.

Dimensions and finish Diameter, straightness, spool winding and surface condition inspected before packing.
Identification Classification, heat/batch number and package identification maintained for traceability.

Packaging

Straight rods are protected in sealed tubes or boxes, while MIG wire is supplied on identified spools with moisture-resistant wrapping and export cartons or wooden cases. Package labels can include classification, diameter, batch number, net weight and purchase-order reference.
