Nimonic 263 Plate from Special Metals is a NIMONIC ® alloy, available in the following form including Nimonic 263 Sheet, Nimonic 263 Coil, Nimonic 263 Clad Plate, Nimonic 263 Flat Sheet and Nimonic 263 Rolling Plate. NIMONIC alloy 263 (UNS N07263, 2.4650) is precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with an addition of molybdenum for solid-solution strengthening. The alloy is good oprion for sheet applications. These alloys are characterised by their high-temperature low-creep and high performance. Nimonic 263 has high strength and corrosion resistance along with good formability and high-temperature ductility in welded structures. These high temp Nimonic 263 Plates are suitable for gas turbines for rings, casings, and various sheet fabrications and can be used up to about 1650°F (900°C). Alloy C263 plate – Nimonic 263 plate exhibits excellent intermediate temperature tensile ductility, and is not normally subject to strain age cracking problems common for other gamma prime strengthened alloys. Alloy 263 Plate combines properties & special features make it best choice for a variety of fabricated components in both aircraft turbine engine and landbased turbine applications. Nimonic® C-263 Plate is also known as Nicrofer 5120 CoTi Plate, Haynes 263 Plate, and Hastelloy C-263 Plate.
