Nimonic 105 Plate from Special Metals is a NIMONIC ® alloy, available in the following form including Nimonic 105 Shim, Nimonic Alloy 105 Plate, Nimonic 105 Rolling Plate, Nimonic 105 Flat Shim, Nimonic 105 Perforated Plate, Nimonic 105 Hot rolled Plate and Nimonic 105 Cold rolled Plate. These Alloy 105 Plates & Nimonic 105 Sheet are best to use in high temperatures environments and severe mechanical stress, and also in cases where high surface stability is needed. It is always recommended that heavy duty machining equipment and tooling should be used before Nimonic 105 Clad Plate cutting is performed, this help to reduce chatter or work-hardening of Nimonic 105 Rolling Sheets. During high speed operations such as grinding, turning, or milling, water-base coolants are suitable for Nimonic 105 Flat Sheet.
