    Monel 400 is a solid-solution nickel-copper alloy known for its exceptional resistance to seawater, acids, and high-temperature environments. Composed primarily of nickel (≈63%) and copper (≈30%), with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon, Monel 400 exhibits excellent mechanical properties even in sub-zero temperatures and remains highly resistant to corrosion, stress cracking, and erosion in harsh chemical conditions.
